Exchange Policy

At pillowwillo.store, we are dedicated to making your sleep experience as comfortable as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your pillow purchase, our exchange policy allows you to exchange or return your pillow with ease.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your pillow order.
  2. Condition: Pillows must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and product labels intact.
  3. Request: Email us at support@pillowwillo.store or use the Contact Us form. Please include your order number and details of the pillow(s) you would like to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Pillows that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • Unused and unwashed pillows in their original condition and packaging.

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
    For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will provide a replacement pillow or store credit, based on your preference.
  • Pillows not meeting exchange conditions or requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used, washed, or damaged pillows, or items missing original tags or packaging.
  • Personalized or custom pillows, along with any products purchased from clearance or final sale sections.
